CJ Abrams’ 54 RBIs are tied for the fourth-most in MLB this season. The Nationals shortstop drove in one of Washington’s two runs with an RBI double in Wednesday’s 6-2 loss to Kansas City, although his RBI production has slowed in June with seven RBIs this month.
Abrams typically hits cleanup, giving him plenty of opportunities to drive in runs, especially with players like James Wood and his .407 on-base percentage hitting ahead of him.
